OV5640 sensor driver (16-bit SCCB register addresses).

Register tables and control logic adapted from esp32-camera's ov5640.c (Apache-2.0). The autofocus (AF) firmware machinery, init_status and the advanced tuning functions (brightness/contrast/saturation/...) are not ported - same trimming level as ov3660.cpp.
